my clutch is slipping on my early 03 115 jtd stilo i have ordered a 3 pice luk clutch with a concentric slave cal in the box but ams having trouble locating a luk flywheel i spoke to fiat and they say its superseded then discontinuied luk say they don't do a flywheel for a 115 jtd stilo only an 80 or 120 but one supplier crossed a sachs one over to a mother luk one other than that euro car parts list a valeo one

so can any one help or has any one bought a luk flywheel

So what's wrong with Valeo or Sachs?.. oh and the one from Sachs might still be made by LUK.. only re branded.

nothing wrong i just want to make sure i get the right one as not many people list the parts

does any one know if there is a clutch replacement guide on here iv done loads of clutches but just checking if there is anything to look out for

the parts i have narrowed it down to form euro fit up to 0061512 chassis no my chassis no is zfa19200000057360 but what part of the number does this refer to

Last part of the VIN:
0057360 < 0061512... so it would be ok for you.

davren with the design change would the later ones fit swell as I'm changing all 3 or is the gearbox slightly different if i could use the later ones then i could use luk and save quite a bit as i get good discount on luk stuff

If you're replacing the DMF, it would be advisable to get 6 new retaining bolts for it. The bolts have a combined thread lock and sealant pre-applied to prevent engine oil leaking from the end of the hollow crankshaft into the gearbox bell housing.

The bolts are Fiat part number 55216573 at about £2.50 each, but may be available cheaper elsewhere.

I don't know what the actual difference is, but realised the parts are different when sourcing them to do my JTD 115 about 2 years ago.

EDIT .... Just checked in ePER and the gearbox also changed at 0061512. So would appear that all the parts have to match.

fair enough i will stick to the right ones when you done yours was the gearbox fairly easy to get out with nothing in the way i.e. subframe

The subframe didn't need to be lowered. The engine and gearbox tilted down enough for the gearbox to come out under the chassis leg.

You will need to remove the fuel filter, battery, battery box, fuse box, front exhaust and a few other parts from around the gearbox for access.
