PHOENIX GOLD QX4075, 4X75WATT, 2X150 WATT OR 1X300 WATT. ADJUSTABLE FOR FRONT & REAR BASS SEPARATELY AS WELL AS SEPARATE ADJUSTMENT OF FRONT & REAR SENSITIVITY & CROSSOVER FREQUENCIES. EXCELLENT QUALITY AMP THAT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND SOUNDS AMAZING!

JL AUDIO 10" SUB & CUSTOM BUILT BOX. SUB SOUNDS AWESOME AND HAS GOOD BASS REPRODUCTION, PROBABLY MOSTLY DUE TO THE EXCELLENT QUALITY AMP. THE CENTRE OF THE SUB (THE CONVEX SECTION IN THE MIDDLE WITH THE JL AUDIO LOGO ON IT) LOOKS AS THOUGH IT HAS BEEN GLUED ON A SMALL SECTION AT THE VERY BOTTOM AT SOME POINT IN ITS LIFE. I BOUGHT THE WHOLE BOX SECOND HAND AS IT IS TODAY. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SUB OR ANY OTHER BIT OF THIS LISTING.

BOX IS SQUARE TO THE RIGHT AND SLOPING TO THE LEFT. CUSTOM BUILT TRAY ON TOP TO ACCOMODATE THE AMP. CHUNKY AUTOLEADS 30AMP GOLD FUSE MOUNTED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SUB BOX WITH HEAVY GAUGE WIRE TO THE FUSE AND SUB. BOX WILL ALSO COME WITH SOME OTHER LEADS IF I CAN FIND THEM.


Can any1 tel me whether the glued on bit wil effect the performance and how much is the system worth thanks

glued on bit wont affect performance at all. its just looks. as for price, it all depends on condition and age of the kit. i wouldnt pay anymore than 80 to 100 going off the description

I could get the kit for around £65 and then havie these running through my kenwood cd player and pioneer amp would that be any gd? thanks

yer will sound good. now i think about it i would play slightly less as well as there is no complete wiring kit with it.

I doubt the QX4075 would play as a mono amp, since it's a 4 channel. Also, the specs given are for the QX4150 and not the 4075... http://www.phoenixgold.com/webfaq/QX.htm

40 quid + P&P for the pair sounds very cheap.

I had a QX4075 a few years ago and I str that the it was 35/40 watts as a 4 channel and 75 watts rms bridged. It sounded good but I would say it wasn't powerful enough to drive that sub. It could not be run mono either....
