Is it just map or induction as well?

I will see that I get you on as soon as you arrive.

Just a remap on my 08 Bravo 1.9 mjet 150, I hope everyone else dont mind, I need to be back to Bournemouth by mid-day-ish thats all.
But I think we need a starting time right? can someone confirm this?

What different does the induction kit made and how much does it costs?
Can I put it back to standard in case of any warrenty work?
BTW, I'm going to get a K&N panel filter, is it better I put it on before the car get remap?

if you get that it would be interesting to fit it on rollers an see if they really make a difference

I be there!!! :D
Well, the best way to do it is do a run on standard form, then with K&N and final run on K&N with remap.
Unless Old school can convince me to get the GSR, but I heard they sat right down and often water get in to it? Am I right?

They sit where the air intake on some other GPs is. The clown Beevz, who went to some where and complained that water had come up to the filter had also an inside and outside rusting intercooler to throttle body pipe. I have seen many GPs under the bonnet and so have the Fiat techs. But noone has seen one looking as bad as his.

The induction makes a massive difference as it allows the turbo to spool up much quicker and gains at low rpm quite a bit of torque without even mapping. Also it can be mapped further with the existing turbo than without.

@ clawliger - I was waiting for you to come to Enfield. Anyway, the advantage of the intercooler is that it reduces air intake temperature, giving at the same boost pressure more air, allowing for an improved map.

thousands have been sold. 1 or 2 people have drove through floods that you shouldnt even drive through in a standard car. so i wouldnt call that often

Well, thats the problem, ppl will only come to the forum to moan~~
Anyway, Oldschool, you didnt answer my questions:
1/ Hom much is the GSR cost?
2/ How much more power it gains over the remap only.
Thank you!!

I had a K&N panel filter in my standard air box on my first RR run and the bhp was 101.7 (fiat says it should have been 95) so i guess they do work?

I'm going to try and make this one, recently had my exhaust done and i think the map needs tweaking.

also:
does anyone know where i can get a manifold and sports cat for my stilo? I'd prefer to have the exhaust completely done before the map is tweaked so i don't have to keep pestering red-dot.

oh and Pete your about to get a PM.

i agree with peter.

something happened to beevs inlet pipe and filter.

im a fiat tech, i have seen a couple of t-jet inlet pipes with a bit of rust on them, mainly on the weld for the sensor. but none as bad as beevz had.

i live by the sea also, and have ran my GSR induction kit for around 8000 miles and the filter is perfectly fine where it is. no rust anywhere.

old school - i know i have the forge one on the way, but i also have the adjustable actuator, so fancy tweaking my map a bit for me? ill pay for the RR run but ill have to whack my coilies up, gay!
