I have a 2015 500L and Was driving en route to a friend's house when all the sudden car sputtered and stalled at a traffic light , tried to start the car several times but would not start. Got the car out of the traffic into a parking lot and still barely turns over if ttag and can't seem to figure out what the issue is...any help would be great ?

"barely turns over"?! Check the battery voltage.
Crankshaft sensor is the first one we suspect in your situation and you should check if it's working. While cranking (if you can still crank), watch the RPM gauge. Does the needle stay down or is it rising? It should rise to 200~300 RPM.

Barely turns over but also just randomly started clicking w/o turning over. When it was tiring over the needle just.ped up some but not exactly 200/300.

Checked the voltage and read spot on but now when I turn it over it clicks and then loses power. Not sure because the battery is fully charged. Smh.... Dunno what else to do

Get a multimeter and read the battery voltage before trying to crank. Battery might be discharged.
If it's not, it's the starter motor. It might be 'discharged' 😁
That's what I was thinking the starter because I smelled some kind of electrical burning or something after I tried to start it over and over ....

What red spot?
You just say the battery is fully charged. But what's the voltage on it? Sounds like it might be completely discharged.

Yes it reads 12.5 but when it's connected it wont turn over and if it does try to turn over it's like barely if at all
