Has anyone any experience of Maxi-Cosi ISOFix bases in the GP. Obviously the fittings are there in the car but Mothercare have said that because FIAT haven't supplied crash test information with an ISOFix base they can't guarantee it wouldn't fail.

The seat belts are just long enough to restrain the seat (and I mean just) but Mrs Slave1 want's to go the ISOFix route.

We need this car seat as it attaches to the Quinny Buzz Travel System (the only pram we can fit in the boot of the GP).

Any help or advice would be much appriciated. (We're going to order the Pram tomorrow.)

First of all, congratulations, dont want to sound like a smart ass, but i dont think anyone will really be able to give you the information you want unless they have been in a serious accident with a baby seat installed.

Actually, playing around on that site - it lists a 3-point belt locking as ok (in the back, not front) but ISOFix just lists as "unknown".

Yeah, I've been on that site already. Thanks anyway Ben. We didn't order the ISOFix in the end.
