Is this the sign of dead injector or blowing downpipe??

Hey guys Ive had this for the last few weeks now and im not sure what the problem is.
I have a 1.6sx fiat bravo, and now and again when I drive, when i put my foot down the car feels laboured and lacks power within the first 4000 revs.

Then when i switch the engine off leave it and come back to it again in 15 mins or so it will be fine, it will pull away no probs. Could any1 diagnose this for me.

the way to check your exhaust / downpipe is to block the end of it with your palm when it is running (DO IT WHEN IT'S COLD THOUGH!!)
If it is ok, it will stall the engine, otherwise you have a hole
