Fiat Taking over Saab??? That would be a disaster for Fiat. Saab is already history and Fiat would be better off without it.

Don't think Fiat will bite. The luxuary and sports part of Fiat is Alfa Romeo. They don't need Saab. Saab is also I suspect too 'posh' for the Fiat showroom. Fiat have tried this route with the Croma (aka Saab 93/vetra/Signum) and failed. Fiat shift 500s, Puntos, Pandas, Doblos and only a few Bravos.

Not a chance. I own a 1994 900 Turbo Convertible and I, and many others, consider these the last "real" SAABs. They're just last generation GM cars now. Use Alfa they want to go any further upscale (it's iffy territory there).
