ipaq bluetooth prob

problem with my ipaq which i use for sat nav it has a seperate gps unit which it isnt talking too for some reason I have searched for it in bluetooth manager and it found it ok and i have also "bonded" it with tom tom but when i start tom tom up it still says no gps device:bang: as you may have guessed i am hopless with computers help!!!!!

its a compaq ipaq 3970 tom tom navigator 5 ( I THINK) proper grey tom tom GPS unit. HELP! as i need it to find my way back to where i store the turbo cinq

Have you checked GPS status and made sure the right device is found (other bt device) and correct port?

yes tried that still no gps device

yes mate thanx im fairly sure the gps unit is faulty so i have orderd a new one
