Punto (Mk2/2b) Interior

Hi just looking for some advice have a 02 plate Mk2 3 door sporting but the interior is a bit shabby have wear on the front seat bolsters especially the drivers seat and was thinking about replacing the interior. But am having trouble finding an interior that has air bags in front seats can I use an interior from either another model punto or a newer model punto that have air bags in the seats. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

You should be able to get the seats from another MK2/MK2b model or you can have Alfa 147 front seats as they are straight fit. However, if yours doesn't have the wiring for it then it may be a bit hard to install the airbags.

the bolster on the right gets mashed against the seat adjuster every time you sit on it. You can see where it rubs

All the Mk2's seem to have this problem, the second hand seats I've looked at are all in similar conidition

Yeah I've noticed this about the second hand ones I look at. that's why I was wondering about other or newer models
