had to do this to my own car about 2 months ago
got out of the uno with the engine running (obviously the keys were still in the ignition) and shut the door... when i tried to open the door again it had locked itself and all the other doors were locked anyway, even the boot!... so i was stuck outside my car with the engine running, radio on (quite loud) in the rain and cold in the middle of Hackney... .. spare keys were 2 hours away (due to rush hour traffic) and I couldnt leave the car running in the middle of hackney, with the keys in... so i got a wrench out of my mums rover and smashed the same window in that uve got smashed... then got in and drove home.. only cost me £15 to replace tho

you done in cheap ... i payed over 200e for mine window replacement ... damn expensive dealer but they seemed to be the only one having the window right that time ... i cannot drive with the ugly hole.
