Intercooler structure

Does any one have a cross section pic of an air to air IC?

Are they constructed the same way as rads? air gets pushed through the pipers and air running through the IC cools them?

Mine will be full of oil cos turbo seals have gone so i need to clean it really.

yup. inside will either have a pitted surface or pins that make a HUGE surface area.

you will need to flush it with solvent to remove the oil. petrol will be a good idea.
