Smee? Memory lapse? lol

Ian was insured with Liverpool Victoria

I was with Direct Line (infact up until 30th Aug) but I'm then with Elephant. Real cheap.

Admiral and Elephant appear to be same company - prices are within £2 of each other for a quote so I'd recommend either one :)

Confused.com, fill in one form and they give you quotes from about fifteen companies by email.

Quoteline direct!

i'm 21(nearly 22) 3years drivin, 1 yr NCD on a 98 standard(i aint told them that is) 1.8HLX.
11 points for speedin and a claim. £730 fully comp!

Re: Quoteline direct!

im 20, skidded on ice at xmas. had to claim. gonna be £2600 for my renewal. so think yourself lucky

Re: Quoteline direct!

try endsleigh, i found them good but i don't know what they are like with modded cars.

I would stay clear of 10 month bonus accelerator plans, they sound good until you try to take your no claims to another insurance company, a lot will not accept no claims built up on a bonus accelerator scheme.

Re: Quoteline direct!

Endsleigh aren't bad for modded cars - you going fully comp?

Re: Quoteline direct!

im with endsleigh, they wanted £50/year extra cos of the wheels and just a measly £15/year for the abarth rear spoiler. they were really helpful and they matched a quote from another insurer. very recommended!!

Re: Quoteline direct!

Re: bonus accelerator schemes from admiral etc...

i rang at least 7 insurance companies last week and told them about the NCB i'd built up on admiral and elephant insurance bonus accelerator scheme.
i was told that if an insurance company awards you x years NCD, then thats what you're entitled to, bonus accelerator or not.
it does say on my renewal schedule that i have 3 yrs NCD and not 30 months.

i'm still getting quotes between £500 - £6490

Re: Quoteline direct!

I'm with Liverpool VIctoria, via a company called Frizzell. I pay £771 for a years cover including business use, for a 22yr old, 3.5 yrs driving, 1 years no claims, and an accident over a year ago, while with the same company. I've never left, because they always offer me the lowest quote, without any haggling

insurance

Try CIS insurance, got mine for £667 fully comp with the car being lowerd 40mm, 16" alloys, non standard filter and sum interior mods. i am 25 and that was my first insurance for a brava 1.4.
