Technical Insufficient Oil Pressure Warning Light When Clutch Is Pressed

Hello everyone,

I have got a Fiat Bravo 2007.
When I drive for some time (longer than approx 30 minutes) - insufficient oil pressure warning light appears whenever I press the clutch or the brake.

I have checked and changed oil last week but the light still appears.
Also I have checked the brake fluids.

Has anyone run into the same problem?

Does the engine revs drop noticeably, if so probably a mechanical issue if not probably electrical.
