I have a 1.2, 2000 with a cable throttle. Well its nice to know the injector light works... What Ive done is ditched the standard throttle body, stepper motor and fitted a webber tb from a mk1 punto in its place. It works well but:
Ive adjusted the idle screw so its open a fraction for normal idling plus I blanked off the idle actuator, so it should idle at the correct rpm. Is it simply a case of ill need a remap to justify the bigger tb? Or do I need to reset my ecu by unplugging it and all that jazz? Cheers for any input
- I cant give it full throttle under acceleration or the injector light comes on
- It idles stupidly high (2k rpm)
