Technical Injection failure after HG replacement

Hi guys, im new to forums but need some advice.. I have a 2001 1.2l punto who's headgasket went a few weeks ago.. I had it all replaced to then find an oil leak, apparently this was the rocker cover (the one they fitted was faulty) so they replaced it for me Saturday, only now the injection failure light has come on and the car was struggling to start Sunday and this morning.. Does having the HG replaced have anything to do with this fault before i call the garage, or is it just another thing wrong? Thanks in advance for any advice

my opinion would be they took your money to give you a working car but car now not working so take it back

Yep.

The rocker cover gasket wasn't faulty, they just malfitted it.

The injector warning light is actually the ECU screaming -- "help, I'm getting a weird signal from one of my sensors, something may be wrong, please give me a code read!".

No injection light its an engine fault light

Something isnt quiet right
From incorrect timing (phase sensor) to high emissions or duff lambda readings which is possible as coolant fowls lambda sensors

Thanks guys, the garage are going to have a look, apparently they noticed something loose when fitting the rocker cover (funny that!!) altho he said it could be something they've touched and are going to see what they can do.. Hopefully they can fix it under warrantee for what they've already done considering the car was given to me its cost me a fair bit
