Greetings all.
Been a while since Ive been here. . . I'm now on my 4th 500 - a Mirror after going through 1 x lounge, 1 x sport and 1x Cult! happily with no gearbox issues on any of the recent cars (See my original post way back when . . )
This is an issue with my daughters 18 plate 500 Lounge. Has anyone had their 5" screen turn itself off and reboot itself? This has been an ongoing problem from new and Fiat themselves seem at a loss as to why. Its had 3 radios fitted including the original from factory and more updates than you would imagine - still the same problems occur. . .
So, from my earlier life in the motor trade, logic dictates it cannot be the radio head itself - it must be a wiring/electrical issue somewhere on the car. Apparently this case now resides with the infotainment specialists in Turin.
Any thoughts??
