Re: Re: Induction

i got told by halfords that u couldent get the piper cross only green or k and n

Universal

That is correct there are the only K&N and Green who manufacture induction kit's for the 1.6 16v, but you can get a universal filter from any manufacture, this will fit any car as long as u get the right size (71mm for the 1.6 if I remember right, will be better if u check your self).

I just bought a K&N over the weekend and other than being really easy to fit it seems to have made a small improvement especially to the response. The accelerator feels a little different.
I would reccommend one anyday. :)

Re: Re: Induction

Compared to the Pipercross Viper the K&Ns are not in the same league.

Though they are good value for money though

induction

whats so different about the pipercross viper to the k and n

Re: induction

the viper is a carbon fibre ram air stylee kit.
The k&n just has air blowing AT it where as the viper only uses air from outside the car which is much cooler [denser] which allows more fuel to burn

Cheers mrob!!

I've tried loads of different filter on the bravo and for performace looks and sound the Viper is by far the best.
