Improving the "long lights"

I can't remember what it's called in English, but in Norway we call them "long lights" because they reach the furthest, you probably understand what I mean. Anyways, on my Brava they suck. Hard. So has anybody got some tips for improving them without fitting extra 100w lights? 55w ones would probably help a lot to.

Has anybody got a pic of a Brava/o or the big one with extra lights?

Best direct replacement bulbs you can go for is Nightbreakers, or if you could put in Marea poly headlights and put HIDs in the dipped beam - these have a much farther range than the full beam :)

Do not put 100 watt bulbs in dipped beam.
Nightbreakers as recommended above or HIDs.

WHOOPS! Long lights.

Long lights over here would main beam or full beam.

I have 100 watt bulbs in main beam, mainly because they were the best option at the time.
When they go I'll be replacing them with Night Breakers.

I had 130/90 H4s in the Teapot. They fried the bulb-holders. I now check the wiring and holders every couple of weeks and after about 8 years the 100s have done no damage whatsoever.

Definately Night Breakers but you wont get that much more light really. Make sure the lamps are positioned correctly, clean and change the bulbs for new ones. However I would invest in some small spot lamps like Ciebie or Ring for those real dark roads.

If you're willing to fork out for Cibie take a look at Hella and PIAA. Avoid PIAA bulbs, though. Over-priced and only average performance, apparently.
