Fiat 1.2 sporting...Insurance Group: 7 ...ouch! dont think ill be getting one of those..

Urm.. They were supposed to get back to me wednesday of the outcome(to me thats good or bad)..they open nxt sat grrr. I need to inform two jobs wether ill be leaving or not...there starting to take the p*ss abit tho, coz its time wasting...

Hmm ... I think the unsafeness of a cinq, makes your driving experieneces more involve.

I think you should stick with the 899 and save up a bit , if is nothing wrong with it, why do u want to change ??

Remeber any bits u put on the 899, could be taken off and put on the cinq sporting , if u do want to get one, parts like throttle body, struct brace, suspensions, wheels.

So if u don;t mind moving things over, then u can actually starting modding your 899, but becareful with insurnace.

Inconlusion, stick with the cinq and save up !!!!!

Hah. thanks ming.. Urm i'd like to get the sporting as its a 1.1, coz its a bit more than the 899...and easier to modify. I want to sell this 899 as completly standard. to show its been looked after and not ragged (which some people would think if i say its got a airfilter or something..) yer i havent any money atm, but hoping to get 5-600 for 899..pretty sure i could get it for that. Fink i might get sporting at some point have some fun then wen im fully into a full time job, change for something else...hmm..

like if u get a sporting the future, then keep the 899 for spare parts it will bring a great return than what u will get if u were selling!!!

cages dont save you in that sort of crash, they bend n snap and make holes in your body. that is why they called roll cages not crash cages

Hmm i dno. paid 460 for it last june.. so alsong as i can get pretty close to what i paid for it. so.. will have to see. Yer well ill see bout this fulltime job, if i get it.. ill look at selling it.. if not, ill have to stick with this. hehe... which isnt a bad thing.. its fun heh. but looking at prices now.. i paid quite a bit for it...

OT but surely cages that are approved will be designed for front end impacts? Rally cars do hit trees, bridges, etc. So they can't be that bad.

this was my origonal thought on the matter too
like i said is feel loads better nowing that in a crash id have a cage to help out
