You spray a part on your car say the bonnet with a colour specific to your car but as the older paint is faded the difference is noticeable ( Not majorly ) If you mixed a Tcut with a colour wax would this in theory help to

1. Cut through the old grime that dulls the old coat

2. Help blend the new coat and old coat whilst adding a shine from the wax?

Just an interesting thought something I have pondered over and would be interested to get some feedback on.

Cheers Bill

Inquisitive minds though isn't that the fun of it though not actually knowing.

I know small things amuse bla bla but that's me just inquisitive. :)

Hi Dave I'm glad I wasn't born then till the middle 60's because i'd be older than I am now :D:D:D

Which product are you suggesting to use rather than Tcut should I decide to play about with the idea?

What in your opinion would give a far better result than Tcut and wax?

Cheers

some thing like Farecla G10, your local auto paint supliers will sell a trade equlivent though like U-POL 333 or U-POL 334 a lot cheaper.

then polish, wax or sealant

http://www.u-pol.co.uk/product-cat/1/compounds-and-polishes.htm

use with out a mop if never used before, use applicator pads so you don't do more harm than good
