General Identifying my Ducato

I know my van is a 1993 Ducato motorhome 2.5TD. What I dont know is whether it is a Ducato 10, 13, 14 or Maxi18. Any idea how I find out?

i founded: Model variants were named after the carrying capacity: Ducato 10 (1.0 tons), Ducato 13 (1.3 tons), Ducato 14 (1.4 tons) and Ducato Maxi 18 (1.8 tons).

I don't think a picture will help much (and I dont have one to hand). It's a coachbuilt motorhome (burstner 6200) so just the fiat cab and chassis remain. I know the model types refered to the load capacity so must have had some influence on suspension etc. Was the length different for different models? Mine is 23ft long (6.2m) if that helps. I am going to call fiat with the vin tomorrow, see if they can help.

Hiya Simon, I am new to the forum and was interested in that site. I entered my VIN number but my van came up as being a LWB when it actually a MWB.
Do you know how acurate the site is...before I start worrying

hi simon just looked on my log book/paper, it states the make model, mine reads ducato 14 mwb. . hope this helps.
