General icu / ecu location

hi all any help would be great. i have a fiat marea 1800 16 v im trying to locate the position of the ecu/ icu any ideas as to where they are had the car to bits just about still no luck........................... thanks

i've not seen a 1.8 but my 2.0 has the ECU in the passenger footwell on the left hand side nearest the door behind a plastic trim, 2x 10mm nuts hold this in place. Thanks, John

hi thanks for that but is there any way i can get any pics of where or what iam looking for or exact where it is situated as ive spent all day today looking there and can't find nothing no where.............
