Technical IAW-49F.DI ECU ever heard of it?

Hey Guys
IAW-49F.DI ECU ever heard of it?Yup thats the number on my 1999 75 mpi punto.Can it be chipped or remapped?Oh My car is the year they had the returnless type mpi system.But i changed it to a return type now..intank regulator and filter is a pain in the A*#.Just found the number to be weird want to know what you guys think.

hi, i ve got the same ecu number on a 1998 punto 75 sx imported to Sri Lanka brand new. this is also the returnless type.

I would like to know if this ecu can be swapped with IAW8F.5TI ecu?
