I need help with my fiat palio 2005 model the car doesnt start and the key code doesn't show anymore i did buy a new battery and starter the car was driving OK but then the next morning it switches on but it doesn't start

I need help regarding my fiat palio 1.6. The idling is not perfect and the rpm needle fluctuates on its own when in netural position.I have already cleaned my throttle body and now when i switch on the ac everything gets ok. ie the fluctuations on rpm meter becomes ok and settles down at the minimum level.What to do to have the same results when the ac is not activated.
