BUYERS BEWARE!!

Fiats know things, its like being in a relationship and you are effectively dump it for another. Ever seen the film Christine? To a lesser degree you have the mindset of a Fiat. Take my Brava, My wife sold it in part exchange to her eldist daughter in Scotland for a Deawoo Lacetti, I then persuade her to get it back for me, and it comes back and as soon as I drive it the injector on the 4th cylinder goes and the wipers need replacing! coincidence?? I think not, the car was punishing me for sending it away to Scotland.

Good luck with the repairs.

I'll be sure to accidentaly let my brava roll into a fence before buying some new car then.

I'll look into new cars after that is taken care of

Thats a real bummer, heart breaking.
The other week I had to reversed to allow some Devonion Spiv to get by in her sprawling land cruser.
Like a jack the lad, I wheel spun backwards straight in to a concealed wall. CRUNCH! Not the sound one wants to ever ear whilst driving. :yuck:
And do you know, she did'nt even stop to ask if I was ok. Too rich to care! :tosser:
I wonder if the owner of the Lexus even knew you where trying to avoid thier car. :bang:
Such rotten luck today, but tomorrow it will go your way! :woot:

thats just sear bad luck helz hope ti doesnt turn out to be to bad for you, but i think everyone has hit the nail on the head as my brava punished me for getting the marea as it sunroof leaked leaving a big pile of water in the passanger footwell :(

talk to it and assue it that it will be staying in the family and it may forgive you and fix up nicely

Hope you have got your cars fixed up OK Virginsilver and Valeen! I got a quote of £420 inclusive of parts and VAT, which is about what I was expecting to be honest (take the figure you first thought of it and double it ;)). As usual with anywhere I choose, the bodyshop is either loved or hated depending on who you speak to so we shall see, the result will appear here next weekend :)

its always fingers crossed time with paintwork. preparation is the key to a good finish, and this is also where most places cut corners because a good prep takes time. thats why i always tell people to be suspicious of cheap paint jobs. if someone quotes £250 to respray a full car you can be fairly sure they'll mask off the basics and just go over the whole car. not good. if they've quoted you £420 they should do a good job, which is always worth paying for as a bad paint job means a worthless car.
