If you don't want to upgrade to discs, then I reckon the best option is to paint them black, stops them going all rusty and looking hideous, but equally as WRP points they also look wrong if you paint them a silly bright colour.

Ah ye i know what yous are on about now, cause on my last car they were all rusty!!
