if you get plenty of air but steamy air, make sure its set to the right (fresh air) and if it still does it, your heater matrix may be leaking, i.e big pull the inside of car out to fit new one job 
oh and as for gearknobs, anyone know where I can get a fairly blank looking leather one with a bit of shape to it, I don't want any showcar style knobs, and I don't really want an abarth sticker (as it doesn't deserve it), just something nice that will fit and doesn't break the bank.
