Technical How to make turn signals blink slower

I like American cars with those slowly blinking turn signals. Is there anyone out here who knows which relay I need to make the turn signals of my Punto MK2 blink slower?

I don't know what it is, but there are regulations in the UK that dictate what the blink frequency should be.

the UK legal specification is for the light to flash between 60 to 120 times a minute

Why would you want a slow ticker? the right speed flash grabs peoples attention more, slower could forwell end up with somebody in your bumper because they didnt notice your slow tickers
