As much as i'd like to insult these guys, call em Chavs etc, i have to say that they were spot on when they said the cops would be all over them if it was the other way around. I'm surprised the police didn't question the guy who's car got squished and ask him what he was doing there in the first place! Maybe i'm bitter cause i got pulled a few weeks ago doing 29 in a 30 zone, and had to have ALL my car/driving docs checked!!!

if that was the other way around and a modified car had crushed a old mans car while he was sat in you can see the headlines "boy racer reaks havoc" "out of control youth in out of control car" etc etc

There is a difference between someone who wants to mod their car and someone who mods their car, probably doesn't tell the insurance and drives like a total tosspot.
There are a couple of kev'd up cars that drive past where I work, they insist on going full throttle between the speed bumps down the high street. Parked cars, pedestrians and kids all around... nice! No care for the 20MPH limit.
