ahh good old pokerroom used be called summats else think it was holdempoker.
i play pokerstars and pkr.com (3d sims style poker)
i'm also the president and creator of our uni's poker society so i get to play live every week in preperation for friday night cash games.
up $12k this year overall

I used to play abit.
Can't seem to be able to arrange a proper game anymore. None of the guys I used to play with are allowed to anymore.
Women able to ruin my social life even when I'm not involved with them!

you can't beat monopoly, role on a dark xmas-esq night with mince pies, the familly, some whiskey (smoth single malt) with your dad and watch him grovel when he has remortgaged everything and i can't afford to pay you back - oh how the tides can turn!

i remember joking with my other half about wanting to to go to vegas for the stag do. she was dead against it, then one stormy summer night in filey she asked me to teach her the game, she now plays regularily online (winning enough to pay the rent each week) and won the uni poker league. she would now love to go to vegas for a joint stag/hen do. i'm not sure whether that is a good thing or not

oh dear another stereotypical view on poker!
i look at this way - you have better odds and more control of the odds in poker than you ever do with the lottery, scratch cards or the house.
