How Many Labour Hours To Change a Clutch?

As title, i have a 1.4sx and it judders when i start off so im going to get the clutch replaced to allow me to sell the car.

is it cheaper to buy rhe clutch my self (if so where from) and just pay the labour for it fitted?

or is it just as cheap to get a garage to supply and fit one?
