Wonder how much Pete would charge? i'd be tempted to get one for a £1000, but my cinq used a fair bit so would need some reliability. Pete's black 'un sounds awesome mind..

last question: when i talked to van aaken they said they needed the car for 2 weeks... surely it doesnt take 2 weeks to fit the kit? y so long?

Second injector goes in a custom plenum and the MF2 does the ecu work IIRC.

can u run a chip along side the MF2 or would u need a piggy back chip of sumsort?

and i am guessin u can have a tricker 40mm tb on before doing the conversion?

I wouldn't run a superchip with it, it may advance the ignition timing and make detonation / pinking more likely. That's A Bad Thing.
I'm running a 36mm tb, you could run a 40 - J333EVO is.

Have been quoted £45 to set the MF2 up on the rollers, but my mixture gauge says everything's hunky dory, so haven't bothered.

you need an engine that was specifically designed for a turbo these kits are useless might as well stick a 12v fan on air intake like ones on ebay the psi they kick out is a joke complete money waist

like Pete says - before you can speak with such authority I suggest you actually try an vanAaken modified cinq

a Cinq with 80 ish brake is a seriously fun tool, the high boost ones are pushing 120, hardly a joke

Think mine's kicking out around 90-95 bhp, it really doesn't need to be any faster without some major chassis, wheel and brake upgrades!

you clearly have never seen the installation or driven one, they are excellent.

I can suprised a few though. Sat at someone lights, and set off in a hurry - had my music on loud, some guy next to me in a 2.0l Neon decieded to race. I'm not sure how he did it, but he beat my little 1.1l i bet he wasnt expecting that!
