Love the shipping info...

What's that about? Next day possibly 2 days after payment and only shipped on tues or thurs?!

This guy has two for sale, he must have scrapped the vans they came from or something.
Fact is these things are rare as hens teeth, so classic supply and demand means he'll get great prices, no danger!

These are the Fiat ones, evidently the Grundig version is better but more expensive. Fiat dealers still sell them for @ £350.

I tried for six months before giving up and getting an MCD 36 MultiChanger. I only ever saw two Grundig Single Disc Players for the Brava/o. They both sold for £120+.

These Fiat ones aren't specced as well, neither do they look as good as the Grundig version. Maybe they're specially for Van drivers!

They'll also need the code, otherwise they don't function well!

Good luck finding them in the scrappies though. Not many vehicles were ever fitted with either version as standard....always an expensive optional extra!

I have a standard Fiat CD player in my Bravo and it looks nothing like that. Mine is 'shaped' like the console it fits into, much like the casette unit.

Why would anyone buy that, it looks awful?

Conrad

Conrad,

you're right. The Fiat/Grundig ones for the Bravo/a are nothing like those.

The ad' says they come from vans and are adapted to fit Bravo/a's by that horrid surround thing!

The proper models from Fiat/Grundig need no such surround as they match the console perfectly.

I reckon the Seller knows how few Fiat vans there are for potential customers so they've tried to palm these inferior things onto Bravo/a Marea owners.

Seems to be working too, they've both got bids with plenty of time left. Shows the demand for a single dash mounted CD/Radio for the Bravo/a is there.
Conrad must be one of the few to have the "Proper-Job" Fiat/Grundig version in his car, whilst the rest of us have to use MCD-36 or suchlike for CD's.

i did have my hands on one a few months back a proper grundig one. it was in the scrappy. i pulled the face off trying to get it out lol
