I find that it's noticable how much more polite other road users are when I'm in the 500. I seem to get let out more at junctions & appear to be able to get away with more 'cheeky' driving than I would normally.
I find them rude......... as in, it's rude to stare!
I've had more people stare at this 500 than either my new Lotus Elise (1999) or my new Porsche 911 C2S Cabriolet (2008). It's amazing
People have even slowed down on the motorway, to make sure I overtook them, and then sped up to overtake - driver and passenger staring all the while.
Am I off topic? Are these observations admissible?

don't worry people will stop staring when the 500 becomes as common as the bmw mini .
That's fine,but until then, I'll enjoy the attention & anyone that stares or points, I smile at & wave sweetly.
