how do i tune the radio??????

i ve got the bog standard shitty radio in my brava s and its all tuned in at the mo but i want to change the stations - if i search it just keeps going through without stopping!! - which is a bitch!! so could anyone scan the manual on the pages about tuning your radio -(bastards b4 dint give me maunal they lost it or something) cus its right confusing me!!!
