This tow bar (pic attached)

None of the holes line up under the car. I was hoping to fit this today but it has got me stumped, I thought it would be a straight fit, assuming it is a panda tow bar.

Will I need to make it fit as I don't fancy drilling holes into the car. A quick search of old threads make me think it isn't a standard panda one.

Thanks

It doesn't look like the 3 Panda towbars I've had!!! totally different . . . ..

The long bar accross the tow bar take it off & throw it away.

Then use those two bolts & holes to bolt it to the rear bracket on the rear chassis rail as per the pic.

You will have no choice but to drill through the middle chassis rail for the front bolt use a large washer though on the upper part of the bolt that sits on the boot floor.

Thanks. I was considering taking the cross bar off but I thought it was there for strength. The only way the cross bar fits is if it is tight up against the bumper.

Thanks for the pics Alan, they have been a great help (y) I cannot remember there being any holes on the rear bracket, just 1 big hole. Will go have another look today. Maybe pics will help.

sorry gaz this is also different to the tow bar on posh/Heidi , Allen Fletcher will post you a picture i'm sure if you need it .
good luck
