How do I adjust the haed rest

Does anyone know how to adjsut the headrest on the drivers and passenger seat.

The car is a Bravo 1.4SX on a 1996 N plate..

Dumb question I know..

you push it backwards and that releases the groove things and then move it freely, i just forced it till i realised :-$

MK1 pre 99, Isn't there a push type button at the base of the headrest, push it in and at the same time lift the headrest.

On MK2 99 onward models the headrest release is the button in the side of the headrest, easily identified.

Must have the gay ones,,, please note that I am all man and if I have to sell the Bravo for a macho one then I will do so...
