How did you find Fiatforum?

As Google told me, when the Finnish Fiat forum was/is in a laconic state and didn't get any answers, I found this great forum. I've always gotten help and advice from here. Thank you, members/people, for your helpful attitude.

Just interested, have never advertisied (apart from a few newsgroup postings)...

So how did you find us?

I'd been in the Renault megane forum which give the answers to problems and the guidance to do most of the jobs my self. Knowing that theses fiat 500 almost because part of the family, and difficult not to like them . I got hooked when my sister in law got a 999cc 500L hybrid 2020 model. And at the moment unable to look after it her self as she's under Christies and just started chemo not feel well enough to drive I've taken over picking her up taking her home. Basically doing all the running about in her car taking her yo all appointments Knowing there was a few problems mine one now being the blue and me causing a parasitic drain on the battery. I'm trying to sort it our for her while I've got the car. Before I become a member I read some great post learning the blue and me fitted in different areas Mexico and Poland . I found mine was made in Poland and they put the blue and me I a different part of the car something I didnt know. But found it out on here. I've now joined and I'm happy as a blue and me which can't be found. But I have confidence some ones going to come up with the information I need to find the blue and me module which is draining my battery

I came into the care of a 1979 Fiat 124 Spider 2000 and actively searched out Forums, Clubs and Communities. Mostly through Google search.

Just Google. Looked like a decent forum and has proved to be helpful already. You can even upload photos!

Been a user for a few years now and just found this thread, couldnt find any replys from me so here goes.
It wasnt google, duck duck go, yahoo or any search engine or even a sticker.
It was another forum, since ive got a Ducato based motor home it was a motorhome forum. In fact this forum regularly gets mentioned on MotorhomeFun and at least one other ( cant rember name i dont use it often )

Przeglądałem bez celu internet...i trafiłem w końcu na forum, którego tematyka mnie interesuje

Over 20 years ago I had an Alfa Romeo 145 QV and with a few friends we started a 145 community. From the UK we were contacted by similar minded Alfisti and they told me that for all kind of cars there is a community in the UK and that a lot of car enthusiasts are sharing their experiences about maintenance, engine swapping and so on. We were invited and visited Donington park with a lot of (stock but also tuned) 145's.
So, when I got this little Panda after years without car and I wanted to know more about it, I just started a search-engine and typed "Fiat forum UK" and "tada!", here I am.
In the Netherlands there is a Fiat Panda forum too, quite well informative, but in my humble opinion the people in the UK do have more possibilities to do more, to experience more and to work more on their own car which translates into more technical experience and good stories than (most of) other foreign forums.

Kind regards,

Aad
