Technical hmmmm, drivers seat wo's

ok, on the right hand side of my drivers seat the "bit" that sticks up to hug your ass has worn down, and i can feel a strange metal bar, can someone explain wtf is going on pleeeeease?? its only done 38k!!! and my punto had done 68k and the seats were still good....

Are you a "big" fella or a "slight" fella mzhussein? Just asking.... sounds like your bolster has worn out.... you owned the car from new? Maybe if not the previous owner was errrm.... big...

im 13.5 stone, medium fella lol, bolster was worn out when i got it......bought it a month ago, other wise its been awwwwsom.

You can actually buy replacement covers for the seat ..but you will freak out when you find out the price.. phone them and inquire..but sit down before you do..

Remember to check if the seat cover has a tag that says "OCS". If so, then you have fibreoptics glued to the padding / cushion.

ooooh just what i need i think, its the padding thats had it, nothing do do with the adjusters....by 4 u mean, back and forward, up down, lumbar and recline yes?.....its the drivers side so no OCS i dont think....at least theres no connector for it under the seat that i saw..(one less than passenger)

i have 1.8 dynamic with 6 airbags (wheel, pas, back o seats, and pillars) will this seat squab be straight swap, if so im havin it!!!

The Fiat part number in the eBay listing (46810841) is shown on ePER as suitable for most 3 and 5 door front seats (left or right) but not for seats with leather upholstery.

I would need your full 17 digit VIN (ZFA1920000XXXXXXX) to be sure it's correct for your car. You're welcome to PM it to me if you want me to check it for you.
