HLX foglights - help !

My foglights have stopped working on my HLX, the bulbs are both fine, the fuse behind the drivers side fascia is fine and the switch lights up so I assume thats fine but the lights still dont work !
When it was last in the garage the guy had a look and powered one up with an external source and they both came on which he said means that the link between the two is ok but there must be another relay or fuse elsewhere that has gone.
Has anyone else had this problem or know where I can find this mysterious second relay ???

i'm having simliar problem with main beam.
side lights are ok, flash is ok. full beam does not work, fuse is ok and all bulbs are ok- it was the column switch and a cable. £220 fitted at main dealer. ouch. might be a related problem? good luck.

Everything else lights wise works spot on, it's just this relay that I can't find !!!
Aaaaaarrrgggghhhhh !
It's making me mad now !

Isn't it down near the battery? There is a plastic cover with some symbols on it.
