Looking really good pal, pretty much how i want mine to look (not that im copying ) have you though about black mirrors?

That looks lush! Good job on the window tints too I've been thinking of doing it for some time with vinyl off ebay but wasn't sure how it would turn out. But after seeing yours I think I'm going to do it! Well done!

cheers guys! ermm yeah ive thought about it and dont think im gonna do it, i really like them orange for some reason, considering a black roof though.

and dont let mine fool you luke, it was very hard to do, the back window is very hard!, you need a heat gun that'll do at least 500'c (i did mine on 600), dont both trying with a hair dryer lol. and you only get one shot at it lol.

Yeah ben, it is a definate, arent sure how much to lower by though, im thinking about 80mm. and yeah thatll be done in future updates .

My wind deflectors came yesterday finally and ive fitted them now looks even better.

Yes I imagine it is hard, I vinyl'd my roof and that was difficult, but I'll give it a go. The tint stuff on ebay is only £22.99 so worth a shot

yeah thats the stuff i used , make sure your window is 100% clean, n for the liquid i used a bit of fairy washing up liquid and water in a spray bottle and sprayed loads on the adhesive side till it was all dripping wet, i used a propper hard card squeegee but you can use a credit card wrapped in kitchen paper has the same effect to push the water out from behind the tint.

Yeah using soap and water makes it much much much easier I found out haha, thanks! What % darkness did you go for? I want it dark but not so dark it's like a black sticker. What would you recommend? 20%?

well i have 5% on mine, darkest you can get, and tbh they're not completely black, dont get me wrong you cant see in from 1 ft away, but you can see light through them, and you can see out alright from inside...its just like driving at dusk in the rear mirror lol, i love them.

My wind deflectors finally got delivered at work, so fitted them at dinner time makes a nice improvement.


and also, i brought my car some new shoes!! (all the stupid stripes and writing wore off straight away), they look pretty awesome on the car now , i have a thing about all the treads matching, dont like having different patterns haha. but yeah they handle awesome compared to 4 bald tyres haha

Wind deflectors look good mate, did you order them off eBay? Mine took ages to come as well. I stripped out the back of mine last week and gave It a thorough clean, just need to fit some carpet to make it look a bit more appealing. Oh and possibly some form of sound proofing.

yeah got them off ebay really like them. ah cool, im goning to put a flat board over the back of mine and felt it over so its looks like a proper job and so my bike n gear doesnt damage anything

i was thinking like a clear plastic cover but think it might crack, so tempted to go for 1/4 inch ply wood, should still be mega light and a bit tougher then just some easy clean felt over it.

haha yeah Reuuk ive had it 8 months now but had a break from mods for a little bit in between, i have what needs doing in my head, just slowly working my way through the list in most important, next its the breaks though, as ide rather have a working car than a car that looks good lol. Back seats have been taken out now arent sure weather to strip the plastic linings out though aswell.
