Looking really good :) needs black wing mirrors! And yeah needs tints on the back three windows maybe even a 30% on the front aswell :) looking beast tho and so clean! Wish my car wasn't black it only stays clean for like a few hours after a wash!

Yeah its defiantly addictive :(, but on the other hand very satisfying when you do complete a mod on it :).
Aren't to sure about the black wing mirrors, i kinda like the orange on them, black wouldnt make them stand out at all i dont think, but yeah im looking to get exactly them tints, blacked out rear 3 and 30% on fronts, does anybody know roughly how much that should be costing?? ive had a few quotes around £170-£200.
haha its not nice seeing the car in pieces Dlight, but it has to be done to make the changes so it looks better, the bolts in the bumper were made of cheese tho, had to snap some of them off and cut around the bumper a bit to get it off, nothing in veiw tho, and then just used bigger washers to make up for it :).

What i did notice tho, when it was up in the air, my bottom front under tray is smashed to pieces!! its causing no halm like that but im gonna rivet a 2mm steel plate over it to cover it up, and also so it can take a blow when i lower it and make the mistake of bottoming out on somthing! ;)

I know that my quotes for getting the back 3 windows tinted were £70, so adding £100 sounds about right for the other windows since the windscreen is quite large. Just make sure they don't leave out the little triangle windows at the front of the car, or it might look odd.

Yeah I found those bolts that connect the bumper to the wing were very dodgy! I had to replace one of them because it was wrecked by the time I got it out! You sound very handy though lol!

A lot of people have moaned about the undertray, and being lowered, mine's taken a beating too. Nobody (myself included) has actually done anything about it though, so will be interesting if you do!

Just a quick update, still loving the car :D and finally got around to doing a few more mods on it! pictures will be uploaded this weekend hopefuly,
ive managed to do:
-vinyl between the front grills.
-carbon wraping the dash tomorrow
-tinted windows
-and got some wind deflectors on order should be here soon :D.
-also got plans very shortly to strip the back of it out (not for speed reasons, i do a lot of extreme sports and need more room for my gear :D) Going to board the floor and felt it over so it looks almost professional, hopefully. ;)

car should be looking awesome for next weekends GP meet!

EDIT: Ohhh and a tasty big air horn that i fitted too :D sounds awesome and is just whats needed on the roads of today >.<

haha ive done the same thing, stripped the back out to get the bike in and other crap, ive sound proofed the back and just need to board it out to the back of the front seats. I have a Nautilus air horn ready to fit in mine! How did you wire yours in?

Hinksy u havnt mentioned iv done all the work to ur car AND your stealing my ideas like stripped out back and the air horn, everytime u see my car u steal my ideas hahahahaha :p wait till u see my other changes, il nip it down urs 1 night next week when its ready :p

haha adam, you havent done 'all' the work to it, just quiet a bit ;) ive done all the recent ones so far :D i still need the torx for my seats lol :(. you got them alloys on yet?? n yeah will have to see what els you've been up to lol.

Gym, it was fairly simple, i havent put a relay on it so no hassle, just cant hold it down for more than 10 seconds or it'll blow the fuse haha (i keep spares though). i just had to cut the wires and crimp some spades on them to fit the new air horn and then make a little brackett to bolt on and sprayed it black so it cant be seen behind the badgless grill :D.

Yup hopefuly once its stripped it'll be much easier to get my bike in without moving the front seats forward too >.<, my window tints are looking awesome now they've dryed though! just look a while to get it right since ive never done it before :).

What does this horn sound like?

haha yeah pretty much what the others said ^^, dont really know how to spell the sound out :/ just tis very loud and makes people jump, so its good fun :) and handy when its actually needed, some little old woman cut me up in a 106 and i hit the horn right next to her window, never saw anyone jump so much in my life lol, she ended up under the steering wheel and swerving everywhere :/ surprised she made it off the roundabout in one piece, but it'll teach her to watch wear shes going instead of causing accidents! :).

Some turban wearing taxi driver was driving like an absolute tool on the way to work and was cutting people up and undertaking then swerving in and out of lanes. He did it to me but i could barely hear my horn working at all so i doubt he did  fitting the air horn this sunday i think (y)

haha easier to just block them off :) and drive slow. lol sorry s1m0 i 4got being quiet busy, ill get them on tonight when i get back from the gym, should be about 9ish, will take a few photos while its still light.

Cheers S1M0 :), managed to do it.

Sooooo, basically a few updates, more to come soon though :)

Started by getting some black gloss vinyl from a local shop for £4, measured and cut it into shape and put it between the grills ont he front, i must say it makes a hell of an improvement!.

(before hand)

(cutting the material to shape)

Then while i was at it my fog light was out so i had to change them :) just put it on some small ramps, but with the curve of the drive it actualy got the front end about 2 foot off the floor so was simple to get at.

(For some reason the fog lights in photos look yellow :S but they're bright white, same with the head lights, no idea why.

anyway, i brought some tinting stuff off ebay for fairly cheap, and tinted my own windows :), theres is 0 air bubbles and looks professional! really chuffed with the job i did, just took my time and followed the guides to a T.

Anyway, thats all ive done so far, Going to strip the back out and board it up soon, and then saving for some coilies and a new exhaust is next!, well after my new rubber going on next week and new brakes :).

Heres the car how it looks so far! (also added a vinyl sticker on the boot!)

hope you like it :) its my pride and joy.

no idea why my lights look yellow though, they're all super white :/.
