Hello,
I have a question and I hope you guys can help me out. First things first. So yesterday I parked my car and while slowly driving car backwards my skidplate ( not sure if the right name) hit the rock and whole skidplate was left behind. It was dark so I don't know if that rock hit any important component, like oil tank. So I still checked what's going on under the engine, but as I said it was dark and I didn't see anything clearly. So drove home (about 8km), and next day (today) I went to check car in a daylight, but I didn't see anything unusual, except now car didn't have skidplate and it was showing warning about high oil level. I checked oil level before turning engine on and yes, it was much higher than two days before when I checked. So my question is - what could be wrong with my car?
Thank you in advance
Edit: my car is Fiat Stilo 1,9 JTD 85KW, and I don't know what oil was used in this car, since last time my dad filled oil.
