General High level brakelight not working

Hi all,

The highlevel brake light on our 500C has stopped working. The others in the light clusters are fine, has anyone else had this issue?

Check the wiring in the body to boot hatch rubber bellows

Andy, thanks for the reply, I'll do that tonite, noticed the that it wasn't working this morning as I was dropped off at the station.

The 500 wiring is notorious in the hatch join its way too stiff imo

It's a c, the wiring is different, check for water ingress

check wiring behind the white cloth section at C pillar on passengers side as it breaks when moving the raising/lowering the full length sunroof.

Hi yes that's correct . Heard of the wiring loom breaking on the near side rear where the hinge part of the roof is . Heard it can blow fuses too if left for a long time creating all sorts of electrical issues , best to start there
