As you probably know my panda had some problems with high revs, hiccups and "old farm tractor idling".
In a week of searching I found one possible solution...if someone has simmilar problems.
If it looks like that idle servo is not working and stucks in half open way even with boiling hot engine then there is few solutions.
First: is that servo is realy broken? How you can check it? Measure resistance on connector. One loop is open and resistance is somewhere around 5 ohms. It is high because this is the loop of brushed motor inside. The other loop is disconected. To take a measurement you need to press the knob with spring. This loop is connected when the knob is pressed against throttle unit. The resistance must not be over 2 ohms. If it is, then this is the solution - broken servo and walet for 200€
Second: Check the throttle cable and spring. They must both run free and close the carb completely (100% horizontal). However this is not the solution of half open servo issue (just checking the carb when it is free of idle servo)
Third: Idle servo is connected to ECU like temp gauge and distributor cap. Sorry for that I don't know how to check it because mine is good
Fourth: My solution was in distributor cap. It was pushed aside for one tooth. Not a lot but enought that everything went wrong. How it happened? I don't know
By the way, sorry for language...boss is sneaking around
