Ive just bought a 2014 Panda 4x4 and the radio isnt working (should have check it before I drove off) anyway I checked the fuse on the back of the radio and its good but there is no+ to the plug, is there another fuse? the fuse list in the manual has no mention of a radio fuse.

Hi and welcome to the forum. There will be another fuse, but off hand I dont know which one. I usuallu get the fuse box lid off and go through them all as often the fuses dont seem to be as labelled anyway. There is this blue and me unit on some that allows blutooth to work and it does give a few problems. These are repairable if required. This doessound as if it could be fuse related. Blue and me is a (compyter) module in the cars CAN bus network. If any element plays up the first symptom is a flashing milometer. reducing the radio system functionality. Its a build in warning system. The B&M can be disconnected. Look under the front seat its under one of the plastic covers and check it has not been disconnected. Fuse labelling is lisyted in the handbook and this can be seen and downloaded in the down loads tab on here. Loo for Fiat cars/Panda >2012. Great choice of car and I hope you get it sorted. Imsure others will add more useful stuff to my wittering.

In my experience the Blue & Me failure does not prevent the radio from working. @fricker67 you are doing the correct thing and tracking the fuses; do you have the owner's manual? If not it is downloadable from the FIAT site chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://aftersales.fiat.com/eLumData/EN/00/319_PANDA/00_319_PANDA_603.99.249_EN_01_09.12_L_LG/00_319_PANDA_603.99.249_EN_01_09.12_L_LG.pdf

If the car is new to you I am wondering if the original radio had been swapped out for an upgrade and then swapped back for the sale to you? Excuse my cynicism but stuff happens!

EDIT: Apologies; just noted you have the manual!

Thank you, been through the fuses in the hand book but no mention of a fuse for the radio, ill have to see if there are any wiring diagrams about.

I think you should persist in looking for a further fuse initially, however, be aware that there is a "radio module" (black box type of thing) that I believe provides the security between the BCM (Body Control Module) and the radio. This sits behind the glove box on the side of the centre consol. Also there are fuses on the BCM (under the glove box - both RHD vehicles) see below...
