And/or try disconnecting the lambda sensor to see if that affects any change.

The ECU sets the idle, any mechanical interference tends to show up as pulsing.

If its doing it from cold, its unlikely to be the O2 sensor (lambda).

Run a meter round the other sensors and compare against the nominals.
