Technical Revs dropping and hesitation

Forgive me if this has been done to death but i cant find a definitive answer.
Just serviced the new one with new plugs and leads plus oil and filter change.
Starts on the button and idles at 900 revs.
From cold through the gears particularly in second at say 25mph at 2000rpm there is a hesitation ( like a chugging/holding back ) into 3rd and its not as noticeable, probs because revs are lower.
After 10 minutes hesitation disappears but when coming to a stop revs drop and idles lower than before almost near a stall when starting off again.
So where should i be looking?

Just to follow this up.
I chucked some Forte injector cleaner in half a tank of fuel and it seems to improved it.

Tried disconnecting the battery to testy the ecu yet?

Loose /leaking gasket at throttle body or Dirty throttle body perhaps?

Yeah did the battery, cleaned the TB and had a mooch at the gasket and pipework.
Car had a massive cough last week ( the Forte working i guess ) and now seems to running like a good un.
