Anyone ever had a fixed penalty notice from a warden before?!
Car was parked up in the street last night and I never noticed but the tax disk had fallen off the window on the way home. 8.50am this morning one of our helpful, friendly traffic wardens spotted my car and now wants 30 quid from me.
Is it worth appealing?! I would just pay it - if I had the dosh - but my car is needing more work than I can afford, thats BEFORE I pay this bloody fine!
