Hey fellow fiat owners

I have a 2009 fiat punto.

Does anyone know where and what the interior heater resistor looks like ?

Mine stopped working so I looked up on the forums to see if anyone else has this problem and to my my disbelief there are so many threads with the same issue.

I've taken the motor out to see if it was blocked up but it's squeaky clean. I also seen that the resistor is a common fault , and I wanna see if this isn't the problem before I start to look into possibly the motor has gone.

Can anyone help ?

I did send pictures , not sure if they showed . But I can’t seem to find the 5 pin plug. I do have some cables that look burnt out so I’m assuming it’s around there , but I have 2 plugs , one black and one grey , both being 2 pin plugs

Does this look familiar? I did some searching and this popped up , which is what I have in my car

Go get some photos of the area under the passenger side dahsboard. Should be the fan, the heater resistor and another connection. Take the glovebox out and way of you can. Maybe, just maybe, there is no resistor there as the previous owner removed due to burnt connectors that you have. So rather than replacing the resistor and wiring loom he just took out the resistor and hence why you are getting nowt working. The resistor well back against the bulkhead and *should* have a wire connected to it.
